Enterprise subscriptions are a full white labelled option so that you can customize the look and feel to support your branding. The standard Enterprise subscription offers ten sub-sites that can be used for departments or client accounts. The subscription allows for customization of 180°, 360° & Pulse surveys with up to 500 active respondents per department/client sub-account.

Active respondents are respondents that are currently active in a survey or in a survey under development. This means that if a respondent has completed but the survey is still open they will be regarded as active.
Yes all licenses are per company. You can schedule as many surveys as you want. The only restriction is your limit on active respondents.
The MultiRater Surveys Platform accepts all language types for all surveys and templates that are customizable, this includes both Latin alphabet and Unicode language. The administration portal is still only in English but we will be updating and adding new languages soon.
