When finalizing a questionnaire, locate the interactive debrief that was designed and simply attach it to the associated survey template.
As surveys are getting completed, close them off and either activate the online debrief a survey at a time, or for the entire cohort.
Once the interactive debrief is scheduled, MyMentor Interactive and Develop will kick in and handle everything else.
Responses in the interactive debrief will be compiled, which is then analyzed by MyMentor to break it down into potential strengths and development areas.

All you need to know about our interactive debriefs
Respondents will receive an email notifying them that their interactive debrief is ready. Within the email, there will be a link that will take them directly to their respondent portal for them to log in and begin their debrief. This is the same portal where they take their surveys.
Yes, depending on the length of the interactive debrief report, it is recommended that respondents do not complete the entirety in one sitting as that may lead to fatigue. At any time, participants can save their progress and return to their debrief at a later time.
There is no time limit on the interactive debrief once it’s been activated. It remains in an open status until the respondent has completed. It is recommended that the debrief is sent out to the respondent no longer than a week after survey completion, and for the respondent to complete within two weeks.
Respondents are required to contribute to all reflection questions and multiple choice questions. They are not able to skip any activities. MyMentor Interact will not allow respondents to skip to the next page, or any following pages without having completed all previous, and current pages.
Once the interactive debrief is completed, MyMentor Develop will take over and analyze the entire debrief and all the responses provided by the respondent. When their online action planner is ready, the system will notify the respondent to complete their individual development plan.
The interactive debrief is stored in the respondent portal and can be viewed by the respondent at any time. However, it will be stored as a historic file and will not be editable once it has been completed/closed.
